No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.
No Limits is an information, advice, counselling and support charity for young people up to the age of 26 in Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. We support young people with a range of issues including mental health, money, housing and homelessness, employment, substance use, antisocial behaviour, sexual health, relationships and sexuality.
