Marketing and Digital Content Officer

Tall Stories is hiring a Marketing and Digital Content Officer to join our friendly team in London.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, full-time role providing essential support to the Head of Marketing and Brand in shaping and delivering multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content (videos, reels, stories, copy).
  • Maintaining the website and coordinating email newsletters.
  • Reporting on and analysing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Championing inclusion and accessibility across all marketing and community engagement activities.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or digital communications.
  • Skilled in social media management and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Creative storyteller with a strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic about theatre, creativity, and engaging audiences of all ages.

Desirable

  • Experience in theatre, arts, or live entertainment.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content optimisation for search.
  • Awareness of accessibility and inclusive marketing practices.
  • Experience or strong interest in influencer and partnership campaigns.
  • Confident creating short-form video content.

Job Responsibilities

Campaigns & Brand

  • Support the Head of Marketing & Brand to deliver multi-channel campaigns, brand assets, print, press events, and marketing materials across all Tall Stories projects.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage Tall Stories’ digital channels, creating and scheduling engaging social, web, and email content while building community and supporting influencer activity.

Data, Insight & Reporting

  • Support and optimise paid campaigns and report on performance using GA4 and Meta tools to inform future marketing strategies.

Inclusion, Access & Community Engagement

  • Champion inclusive marketing by promoting accessible initiatives, community projects, and artist development to reach diverse audiences.
