The Training and Conference Assistants will sit within the Education and Training Division at the Centre, which provides a wide range of learning opportunities for people in the sphere of mental health, from short courses, events, diplomas and postgraduate courses. The post-holders will join a friendly and supportive Training, Conferences and Events team, and will also work closely with colleagues from across the Clinical Division and the Centre more broadly. The Training and Conference Assistants play a centrally important role in relation to the team’s effective operation as well as providing administrative support across the team and specific training programmes.

 

The successful candidates will join the Centre at an exciting period of growth and development. The Training, Conferences and Events team are supportive and positive, and there is lots of other work to get involved in across the Centre, i.e. Working Groups and wider Centre projects.

 

We are looking for candidates with good organisational and communication skills, and the ability to compile information quickly and accurately. Please refer to the Job Profile for all the role requirements.

Location

Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at the Anna Freud Centre in King’s Cross (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Contract duration

Permanent.
