The Anna Freud Centre is a world-leading mental health charity for children and families. For over 70 years, we have championed research and channelled it into action to support children and young people. We draw on the lived experience of young people and work with the communities that surround them, from nursery workers to neuroscientists, carers to clinicians, to understand challenges and create evidence-based solutions.

The Centre values diversity and aims to have a workforce that reflects this. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.

The National Centre for Family Hubs (NCFH), a large, high-profile national programme funded by the Department for Education (DfE). The NCFH champions the adoption of the family hub model so that all babies, children and families can access the joined-up, whole family support they need through an increase in family hubs provision across England.

The approach to the NCFH is evidence-based, participation-led and practice-informed. This means the events and materials we develop are co-produced with practitioners and families as well as being rooted in evidence and best practice.
