Life at Curve

The People Operations team currently comprises 4 people in HR and 7 people across Talent to form the People Operations team. Due to the accelerated growth of the business this year we are recruiting a number of roles for the team to drive value and impact across the rest of the business as it scales globally. We work very closely together across attraction, acquisition, onboarding, experience and referral experiences of all Curves candidates and employees.

We work in a very fast paced business environment which offers opportunities to contribute your ideas of how to continuously improve or add value to our working environment and take ownership of key projects. There is also an opportunity to support your personal growth and invest in your professional development using your own learning platform, budget and unlimited book policy. Last year we overhauled our employee health and wellbeing benefits to maximise access to a wider range of services including EAP, Life Insurance, Healthcare, Apps Headspace and Calm, shopping discounts and much more. We have also trained 5% of the workforce to be Mental Health First Aiders and continue to train more. Our culture is focused around our Leadership principles including Ownership. All of our employees have always received options, from the very first employee to the last employee we just signed. We do not operate annual reviews or compensation models. We believe in continuously assessing and rewarding top performers. We have always had an inclusive culture and our focus is ensuring that we attract and retain high quality talent, motivate and reward high performance, ensure equitable remuneration and embed our culture as we scale. Ensuring our employee benefits and employee experience is equitable across the board is key.
