Facilities & Office Administrator (London)

Terms:  Permanent – Full Time

Reports to:  Central Services Manager

Salary:  £23,081 to £25,389 per annum + London weighting of £3,285 per annum if applicable

Location: Based in our London office

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join a team responsible for our London office space, meeting room use, on-site facilities as well as being a key contact point for supporting many home and hybrid workers with the guidance and equipment they need to work safely and effectively.

You will be responsible for maintaining our building’s equipment, planning, coordinating, and administering the day-to-day running of the facilities operation.

We’re looking for someone who is able to multi-task with ease, is customer focused, resilient, proactive and has attention to detail. You’ll need to be flexible, able to work on your own initiative, and have great communication skills to succeed in this role. Alongside this you will act as a fire marshal and first aider. You’ll often be juggling varying demands, so the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise is absolutely essential.
