Salary: A benchmarked salary of £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our exciting job role!
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager who has the creativity, energy and insatiable eye for opportunity to drive the utmost value from The Charity’s fantastic corporate partnerships.
You will need:
- Demonstrable experience in a strategic account management and/or business development environment
- Track record of managing strategic flagship corporate partnerships worth £100k+
- Experience of using a CRM system to store donor information, manage and develop relationships, analyse results and produce management reports
This role is full time – 37.5 hours, with some out of hours working. While contracted to our office in Fleet, Hampshire, our team supports a blend of office and home working provided you have adequate broadband and IT capability, with an average of 2-3 days in the office each week.

You’ll have business development skills and an excellent eye for opportunity. You’ll have a great track record of winning and developing high-value strategic partnerships and can facilitate matrix working to drive value across The Charity. By using your skills to drive the greatest value possible from our corporate partners as well as securing meaningful partnerships, both on a fundraising and strategic level, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and vision of a world where brain tumours are defeated.

- Benchmarked salary c.£39,000 (dependent on level)
